Sign in to websites
You sign in to websites inside the glasses the same way as in any browser: select the field, type, and tap the sign-in button. MiruXR remembers your sign-ins, so you only do it once per site.
iPhoneAndroidSign in
Section titled "Sign in"- Open the site from the deck or the Browser.
- Aim at the email or username field and tap. Type it.
- Aim at the password field and tap. Type it with the phone keyboard (see below).
- Aim at the sign-in button and tap.
Signing in with the site's own account (an email and a password) works normally. For example, this is how Disney+ and Prime Video play on Android.
Passwords
Section titled "Passwords"Password managers can't fill in passwords inside the glasses: the phone system only offers them for fields shown on the phone screen. Instead:
- Type the password with the phone keyboard. Tap Keyboard on the controller. See Type text.
- If you don't remember it, look it up in your password manager app first, then type it.
Google sign-in
Section titled "Google sign-in"You sign in to YouTube, Gmail and other Google services like on any other site.
On Android this needs MiruXR 2.2.1 or newer. In older versions, Google showed "This browser or app may not be secure" and didn't let you in: update MiruXR from the Play Store.
Signing out
Section titled "Signing out"To sign out of every website at once, go to the phone's Settings > Support and tap Reset web data. It also clears the saved data of all sites, which can fix a site that misbehaves. Your MiruXR settings are kept.
